1. Data controller

The data controller for the personal data described here is TECHSPRINT SOLUTIONS RIAZ (ENK), org. no. 935 812 453 MVA, Havresletta 9A, 2030 Nannestad, Norway (“TechSprint Solutions”, “we” or “us”).

2. The contact form: what we collect and why

When you send a request through the contact form, we process the information you enter yourself:

  • your name, email address and, optionally, company name and phone number,
  • what your enquiry is about, the selected package (if applicable) and the description you write,
  • which language version of the form you used (Norwegian or English).

Purpose: to reply to your request and, if you wish, to provide you with a quote.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)), and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).

You are not required to provide any information, but we cannot reply to your request without a name and an email address.

3. Web3Forms

The contact form uses the Web3Forms service to deliver your message to us by email. Web3Forms is operated by Web3Creative in India. The information you enter is sent from your browser to Web3Forms and forwarded to our email.

Transfer outside the EEA: Because Web3Forms is based in India, using it involves a transfer of personal data to a country outside the EEA. India does not have an adequacy decision from the EU.

Storage at Web3Forms: Submissions are deleted at Web3Forms after 7 days. This is set in our Web3Forms account.

4. hCaptcha (spam protection)

To protect the form from spam we use hCaptcha, delivered through Web3Forms. hCaptcha is loaded only when you reach the contact form on the page or click in it, and not otherwise. hCaptcha is operated by Intuition Machines, Inc. in the USA. When hCaptcha loads, your browser contacts hCaptcha's servers, which then receive, among other things, your IP address.

When hCaptcha loads, it sets the cookie __cf_bm from the domain hcaptcha.com. It is needed for security and expires after about 30 minutes. If hCaptcha shows a challenge that you have to solve, it may also use other cookies or similar technology.

5. Booking (Cal.com and Google Calendar)

You can book a free 15-minute introductory call. Booking is handled by Cal.com, Inc. in the USA, on Cal.com's own page, which opens in a new tab. It is not embedded in our website, and Cal.com is not loaded until you click the link yourself. The information you enter there, for example your name, email address, the time and any notes, is processed by Cal.com, and we receive it in order to hold the call. Read more in Cal.com's privacy policy: https://cal.com/privacy

Bookings are also stored in our Google Calendar (Google).

Purpose and legal basis: to hold the call you have booked, on the same legal basis as for enquiries (Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).

6. Hosting with Cloudflare

The website is delivered through Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare is our hosting provider and acts as our data processor under Cloudflare's data processing terms. Like any web service, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address and request data when you visit the site, for example to deliver the page and protect it against abuse. Read more in Cloudflare's privacy policy: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/

7. Email

Our email is provided by Domeneshop AS (Norway). Outgoing email is sent through the relay service MailChannels. Enquiries from the contact form and emails you send directly to us end up in this mailbox.

8. Cookies and tracking

We do not use analytics or tracking cookies, and no advertising tools. Our website does not set any cookies and does not use local storage or session storage in your browser. Fonts are loaded from our own server, not from third parties.

The only third-party content loaded on the website itself is hCaptcha in the contact form. It sets the cookie __cf_bm and may use others if you have to solve a challenge, as described in section 4. Cal.com and Google Calendar are not loaded on our website.

9. How long we keep information

  • Web3Forms: submissions are deleted after 7 days.
  • Enquiries in our email: enquiries that do not lead to an assignment are deleted after 12 months.
  • Bookings in Google Calendar: the same retention as enquiries, 12 months.
  • Accounting: if we enter into an agreement, accounting records are kept for as long as the Norwegian Bookkeeping Act requires, normally five years after the end of the financial year.

10. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • request access to the information we hold about you,
  • have inaccurate information corrected,
  • request that your information is deleted,
  • request restriction of processing,
  • object to processing based on legitimate interest,
  • receive your information in a machine-readable format (data portability), where applicable.

Email us to exercise your rights. We will reply within one month at the latest.

11. Complaints to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority

If you believe we process personal data in breach of the rules, you can complain to Datatilsynet, the Norwegian Data Protection Authority: datatilsynet.no. We would appreciate it if you contact us first so that we can put things right.
